As Cheese Toasted is Canadian based, the Canada Post strike has greatly affected everyone, including us. Below is our current shipping logistics for 2024 holiday season. For most Canadian cities/suburban areas within Canada
For 2024 holiday season, All Canadian orders with a physical shipping address will be fulfilled with either UPS or Fedex, depending on location availability.
Current shipping/delivery time: 5-10 business days per UPS and Fedex, depending on your distance from Calgary, Alberta.
For some rural or P.O.Box only addresses within Canada
we will still default all shipping to Canada Post as it is the only option available for your area, but delivery date will be unknown until the Canada Post strike ends, so please make sure you think carefully prior to purchasing, especially if you plan on purchasing for the holiday season.
Current shipping/delivery time: we are currently unsure when your order be delivered.
For any U.S. Orders
Shipping time is currently not affected, as USPS will be used for all US orders (we use a small independent Canadian-US cross border courier that hands our packages to USPS within 1-2 days of shipping).
Current shipping time: 2-5 business days depending on whether USPS priority or USPS ground advantage is used.
For international orders outside of US
We will be switching from using Canada Post to USPS for all international orders this holiday season, international shipping speed may vary between 10-30 business days.
Current shipping/delivery time: 10-30 business days.
